Once the purchase is made, you must send us a photo of your pet by email (DIGANGUAU.MASCOTAS@GMAIL.COM) or WhatsApp (+34 614 28 06 53) so that we can personalize the product. The production time of the product is between 2 to 4 business days, from when we receive the image correctly.
